He has had some challenging times in his life but his positive outlook and approach to everything he does definitely plays a part in his resilience. Karl has been a crucial part to the family business that continues to go from strength to strength. A significant loss of a family member wasn't easy for Karl and his family but he has made it his mission to support others in every way he can.
He openly shares with us his thoughts on the minefield that is online dating and the challenges it brings.
