Tim van Wjik is one of those people with big ideas and the follow through needed to make them reality. After moving to Lithuania he noticed that there weren't any people with mental disabilities visible in our society. Having worked as a social worker with them in the past he decided to get to the bottom of the reasons for this and found that there were not many opportunities here for them to be seen. So he decided to create some and opened up Pirmas blynas - a pancake restaurant employing people with disabilities. Join our conversation and hear his story of coming here, the journey of starting a social business, about his Lithuanian wedding and life in Vilnius.
