Justin Brake spends two nights at Tent City for Change in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, where resident protesters are bracing for the season's first snowfall. "Mandy" and "Sophie" share their experiences with homelessness. Meanwhile, it's National Housing Day and public pressure on politicians is mounting. The provincial government strikes a task force on homelessness but NL Human Rights Commissioner Carey Majid says we "need to go deeper" and recognize housing as the human right it is. Does the provincial government agree with the United Nations and the federal government that adequate housing is a human right?
