New York-born Puerto Rican (Nuyorican) comedian Zilla Vodnas joins us to give a brief history of Puerto Rico and to lay out the reasons Puerto Ricans are for or against becoming the 51st state. Currently Puerto Rico is a commonwealth, but in Spanish its name implies it is a state, but it's not. It's complicated.
