We are all creatives. It’s imperative that we understand what stifles our creativity is what draws our clients to us to begin with. Being overwhelmed, high levels of stress and not having enough time for mindfulness are just a few things that stifle our creativity. One of the biggest mistakes I've made in crippling my ability to perform at peak levels is when I event managed, prepped, loaded in for and performed 4 weddings a weekend, 49+ weekends a year, I was not able to perform at the same level as if I did the same for 1 wedding. That being said, expenses are not flexible, so understanding the delicate balance of scheduling your priorities and life balance should be something you consider when setting the prices for your services and budgeting life for a thriving and successful creative. In this episode, we discuss the keys to avoiding burnout. 1. What leads to burnout 2. How to avoid burnout 3. What to do if you’re already in burnout mode. ---------------- Follow Kristin Hubbard: IG: @meetkristin Twitter: @meetkristin Check out Kristin online at http://meet-kristin.com Check out Our DJ Rocks online at http://ourdjrocks.com Follow Our DJ Rocks: IG: @ourdjrocks
