Right on cue, all the major media outlets are chiming in on how "manufacturing jobs aren't coming back," with claims that deindustrialization is somehow just a natural and wonderful thing for a wealthy economy.
Nonsense.
Your host with the most, Jim Vinoski, takes apart the "evidence" for those claims piece by piece, and then points out the elephant in the room: it's over-regulation that has caused the problems, and radical deregulation is needed to revitalize our industrial base.
A few highlights:

Manufacturing employment naturally drops as a country modernizes: nope
Productivity improvements explain all losses of US manufacturing jobs: uh-uh
Tune in for the whole priceless education!
