In this episode I briefly explain how achieving and maintaining a healthy energy balance.
By using a combination of four easy tips to follow, such as Be Mindful of Portions, Choose Nutrient-Defense Foods, Stay Hydrated and most importantly Stay Active. These tips can tremendously help you accomplish your energy balance goals, by being mindful of what you eat and making small, positive changes in your daily routine.
