- Challenge your brain - Keeping your brain sharp by playing games, learning a new language or instrument, and doing social activities.
- Get seven to nine hours of sleep - Not getting enough sleep is bad for the brain and can even raise the risk of Alzheimer’s.
- Spend time with friends and family - Staying socially active is incredibly important, as research shows that social isolation is linked to as much as a 50% higher risk of dementia.
