Janisch was charged with carving the Lombardi trophy out of a hunk of cheddar from Hooks Cheese in Mineral Point. Janisch's work was on display during the event hosted by GenYouth, a nonprofit created by America's dairy farmers and the NFL to shed light on food insecurity.
