Finding a niche is arguably step #1 in starting up your business and there's no better time to do so than December to set you up to get all of the clients come January! Everyone and their mother has thoughts and feelings about niching down and when I was getting started fitness coaching, I was led astray quite a bit and it caused me to really struggle starting my business.
