This is a short, simple Pain Reprocessing Therapy exercise which helps to retrain the brain out of chronic pain by learning to interpret sensory information through the lens of safety (instead of danger).

You can listen to this exercise when your pain sensations are mild, moderate, severe — or even when you're not experiencing any pain at all.

The key is to repeat this exercise often to give your brain a chance to develop new neural pathways.
