In today’s digital age, smartphones and social media are contributing to a mental health crisis, especially among young people, by increasing issues like depression, anxiety, and addiction. Pastors and congregations have an opportunity to address this crisis by educating, resourcing, networking, and modeling healthier digital habits, ultimately guiding people toward deeper spiritual and emotional well-being.
