We all experience fear on some level - fear of the unknown, fear of money, fear of failure, the list goes on. Fear is also often found underlying higher-level emotions expressed in the moment such as anxiety, anger, or jealousy. In Session 1, mindfulness teacher and emotional intelligence expert, Michelle Maldonado talked about the importance of understanding how you are feeling and where it manifests physiologically.
