Motherhood comes with nonstop changes—and stress is part of the journey. In this episode, I’m sharing how becoming a mom shifted my perspective on what’s “normal” when it comes to stress and why self-care is such an important (and often overlooked) way to manage our needs as moms.

I talk about my early days as a new mom, feeling isolated, and how my experience with my second daughter helped me realize how experience shifted my perspective.

We’ll also dive into the difference between coping with stress and self-care, and why taking care of yourself before things get overwhelming can make all the difference.
