In this episode, Rachel is joined by Jewish influencer, Alyssa Goldwater, who shares her journey from a diet-centered childhood that eventually led to being diagnosed with binge eating disorder - and how she healed to find food + body peace, and how she is now fighting diet culture with her platform and voice.
