Tory Trewhitt is a highly respected Executive Health Coach, Exercise Physiologist, and Motivational Speaker, with a career spanning both Australia and the UK. Having worked at the Australian Institute of Sport and the Victorian Institute of Sport, Tory has trained a diverse range of individuals—from elite athletes to corporate professionals, from the abled to the disabled, from blue-collar workers to high-profile media personalities.
With a lifelong passion for health and performance, Tory founded Corporate Health and Fitness in 2001. As his expertise grew, so did his reputation as an industry leader in executive wellness, personal development, and high-performance coaching. Through his business, Tory Trewhitt Executive Health Coaching, he now helps individuals and organisations achieve optimal physical and mental well-being.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tory is a dedicated marathon and ultramarathon runner, having completed 16 marathons and 12 ultramarathons ranging from 50km to 100km. However, his most important role is that of a husband and father, which fuels his drive to continuously improve and inspire those around him.
