In this episodes Dusty shares his mental health journey including his childhood experiences, struggle with perfectionism, numerous serious injuries, alcohol abuse, incarceration, losing his driver's license, thoughts of suicide, and thankfully for Dusty (and all of us) his path to recovery and balance through trauma work with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
