Harry is the President of New Generations and sits on the Board of Directors. Prior to founding New Generations, Harry was responsible for launching the church planting division for Cityteam International in 1996, re-envisioning the team around movements in 2005, and shepherding the vision, as the indigenous leaders catalyzed over 120 movements, encompassing 50k new churches and over 1.5 million new disciples in the next twelve years. After such exponential growth, the Board of Cityteam voted to ‘set apart’ the church planting division as of July 2018 to become a separate organization called New Generations.
