Did you you know that trauma can play a big part as to why some people have autoimmune diseases? This episode may be an eye opener for you.

After I had healed 100% of my multiple sclerosis with diet I had learned that childhood trauma, for me, played a part in it. I later wrote a book called The Path to Reverse Multiple Sclerosis Naturally. I had interviewed many people who healed their autoimmune disease naturally. I learned to much form these brave souls!

I finally had a question answered as to why more women (80%) are diagnosed with autoimmune diseases over men. Now it all makes sense!

1:49 - The ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences)

6:57 - Letting go and setting boundaries

10:00 - Types of trauma

11:40 - Ideas on healing trauma

13:37 - A big virtual hug!

If you'd like to start healing with food, my cookbook, is a great start!
