מותר לומר לאינו יהודי לחלוב בהמתו בשבת משום צער בעלי חיים שהחלב מצערה והחלב אסור בו ביום ויש אומרים שצריך לקנותו מן האינו יהודי בדבר מועט שלא יהא נראה כחולב לצורך ישראל:
סעיף כא
גבינות שעושות השפחות מעצמן מחלב של ישראל מותר כיון שאינו אומר להן שיעשו
