This is a conversation that I believe parents should be having with their teens and young adults. Things we wish we knew when we were in our 20's could have changed the trajectory of our lives. Yes, there's nothing you can do to change your past but you can learn from it and do better each day.
This video is a reflection of the things I wish I knew in my 20's. If you are in your 20's and living in South Africa or another developing country, I hope this information encourages and serves you.
