Our guest in this episode is D'arce Hess, President of DH Consulting. She's an Office Servers and Services MVP specializing in SharePoint and Office 365.

One of the most common reasons I hear for not using SharePoint is that it's ugly. Beside the argument that it is just utilitarian and not really ugly, perception is reality.
