This year, The Blair Garden Club is dedicating a Garden Club Foundation Gold Star Families Memorial Plaque to be displayed at the start of the Wall that Heals on the grounds of the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center.
The plaque honors the family members left behind to carry on the legacy of the loved ones lost in battle.
We talked to Emma Kowalski, President Blair Garden Club, and Rachel Prichard, Public Affairs Specialist of the James E Van Zandt VA Medical Center, about this special event.
