David Medlock of Highland Fungi has been sending me the most incredible papers and research articles on all things fungi over the entirety of 2024. He has an unwavering dedication to obsessively digging for details to generate solutions to extremely complicated issues in the cultivation of the 5th kingdom. With a background in all things fabrication David engineers solutions around the problems we all eventually encounter while growing commercial amounts of mushrooms. His detailed observations of the chaos and outlined mis-steps, allow him to map as he toils over the complex variations of options while working towards the Eureka moments. Undoubtably his discoveries lead him further down the rabbit hole. So commit his name to memory as I will likely drop it from time to time in emails and broadcasts and beyond as credit must always be given in this burgeoning industry!
