Reena is a British Psychological Society Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Academic Tutor at the University of Oxford as well as the Co-Chair Oxford Race Equality Network. Rebecca is also experienced Clinical Psychologist, chartered by the British Psychological Society. And has worked as an academic and research psychologist at the University of Sheffield and Oxford University. And is also a supervisor with the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre.
The discussion mainly focuses on how to get into a Career in Clinical Psychology and life as a Clinical Psychologist. As well as the barriers that people of colour and other protected characteristics face, when pursuing career paths in clinical psychology.
