Meet Helena Baker, a recent Olah from UK and founder of the brand new English speaking Networking Group (ESPN), which offers a space for business owners and professionals in the English speaking community to learn, develop and gain genuine business referrals. The model is perfect for small business owners looking to grow their business through referral markeitng. Helena's plan is to set up chapters around Israel and occasional mega events and create a community in the process. I met Helena in Urpan Place, a coworking space in Tel Aviv. We discussed her vision behind her new group, cultural differences about networking in Israel and UK, the power of 1:1 offline networking, leveraging LinkedIn, etc.
