In this episode I had the privilege of having Mitch Francis come on to talk to us about his life so far, how he discovered this world of mobility training and how his journey is turning to coaching, the thing he loves most. Mitch shares some amazing wisdom with us and reflects on the many lessons he’s learnt, from starting with weightlifting and time in the gym, to now his passion for mobility training.

Here are some key points that Mitch and I discussed:
- Age is just a number
- You just need to start your mobility journey and then chip away at it
- Anything where you’re mindful is beneficial. Whether that be yoga, Pilates or mobility training
- Pushing yourself to be your best self
- Every single body is different and needs to have tailored training
- When the doors open in life, take a chance and walk through them
- You can do flexibility training no matter your age

I hope you all enjoy listening to the conversation Mitch and I had and can implement some of the knowledge he gave us, for yourself, to help improve.
