In this episode I had the privilege of having the first returning guest on The Never Too Late Podcast in Monique Lautee. It was great to have Monique on again and chat about a wide range of topics. If you haven’t already, give episode 15 a listen which was our first chat and then this one! There are so many interesting topics we discuss in this episode today, from personal perspectives, different learnings we’ve both had, how we must be flexible and adaptable in our lives, what true growth looks like, and the importance of looking at life with a curious lense. I am so grateful for the chat Monique and I had and I hope you enjoy listening. It’s a must listen!

Here are some key points that Monique and I spoke about:
- Growth
- Healing
- Moving interstate
- Open Mindedness
- Curiosity
- Our personal toolkits
- Burnout
- Asking yourself big questions
- Consistency

I hope you all enjoy listening to the conversation Monique and I had and can implement some of the incredible knowledge she shared, to help you all on your self improvement journeys!
