In examining the arbitrary and systemic ways we live our lives, we encounter people increasingly dissatisfied with the status quo, yearning to make a positive impact but unsure where to begin. This exploration challenges the notion that "normal" is always better, recognizing that accepted norms often keep us overwhelmed and unfulfilled. We find opportunities for growth and transformation at the intersection of collective social issues, and the ideas we have for our lives and the world. This shared examination journey can reshape our understanding of what's possible, both individually and as a collective. By challenging societal expectations and reimagining our roles, we can envision and create a world that reflects our values and aspirations better. This process of questioning and redefining "normal" holds the potential for more fulfilling lives and a more equitable society.

I'm Debbie Harrell, your host on this journey of self-discovery and societal transformation. As a life coach, mum, friend, and community builder, I believe normal isn't always the best path for us. I'll share what this podcast is all about and who it's designed for, highlighting how Season 3 will bring fresh perspectives.
