Join me for the Season 3 Kickoff as I discuss the Post Election Hangover and what do we do now? I have seen a number of disturbing post election trends that are at the heart of it all, truly unhealthy trends that i honestly believe are hurting people mentally in ways never seen before.
Let's have an open discussion about the absurd agenda media and the awful way it is pushing people into depression, anxiety and fear. I want to tackle how we can deal with this in a way that could bring us together, not allowing ourselves to succumb to overwhelming bombardment of social media bullying that is so prevalent right now.
Our Mental health is way more important than numbers of viewers, listeners and clicks media outlets get.
