My favorite form of exercise is primal movement sequences. With this type of exercise the body doesn't get a pattern overload which causes muscular imbalances. These natural movements stimulate the lymphatic system. They could be used as cardio, strength, endurance, Pilates, or yoga. This is a universal way to exercise.
