Welcome to episode one of season six of Nobody Knows Your Story. My guest, Rick DellaRatta sang "live" during the podcast recording which was a first and we had fun recalling how he got involved in music, specifically jazz music.
I'd say that the events of 9/11/2001 changed any American who was alive at the time. This tragedy took Rick's life in a new direction and he explains how creating Jazz for Peace has helped many better their lives. Jazz for Peace™ provides Empowerment Grants, sustainable funding and advocacy for non-profits, artists and all outstanding causes worldwide to enable them to be more productive and successful.
