Jordan Johnson is the Director of Data Science at Legion Healthcare Partners. He has over 12 years of advanced healthcare experience, with extensive focus in clinical, operational, and administrative oncology. He is a content expert in oncology billing, revenue cycle, finance, documentation, coding, and compliance. He also provides his expertise on operations, alternative payment models, health policy, physician employment models, workplace culture/leadership and healthcare quality. He has created several industry leading software solutions including analytic value identification and visualization tools. He is first and foremost a patient advocate and has served on many committees and drafted legislation to increase patient safety, quality, and value. Most importantly he is a patient advocate and care giver, having a very personal connection to Cancer through the diagnosis, treatment and passing of both parents. Jordan does not believe in status quo in the current workflow, agenda nor operations within cancer care. Rather he believes that healthcare and oncology models are changing and with the proper guidance, education, and analytics, one can ensure quality while maintaining financial and clinical viability. Though these changes will be challenging they must be viewed as an opportunity. He is committed to putting action in defining value and quality. As a consultant Mr. Johnson has tested the tools, education, theories, and integrations with 300+ clients for various strategic plans at rural facilities, systems/networks, and providers. He is also committed to mentoring and creating leaders that can make an impact. This was the foundation behind www.legacybyimpact.com
