Autism diagnoses are rising, but so is a quiet revolution in how we understand and address them. In this powerful conversation, Beth Lambert, Founder and Executive Director of Documenting Hope, shares her journey from conventional healthcare insider to trailblazing leader in root-cause healing for children with chronic conditions. Beth Lambert is the Founder and Executive Director of Documenting Hope, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to reversing the epidemic of chronic health and developmental conditions in children. A former healthcare consultant and teacher, she has extensively researched the environmental and lifestyle factors contributing to modern pediatric health crises. Beth is the author of A Compromised Generation: The Epidemic of Chronic Illness in America’s Children and co-author of Brain Under Attack: A Resource for Parents and Caregivers of Children with PANS, PANDAS, and Autoimmune Encephalitis. She has also co-authored peer-reviewed research on autism symptom reversal. Beth holds degrees from Williams College and Fairfield University, and has studied at Oxford University. Beth and Jamie dive deep into the environmental, medical, and lifestyle triggers contributing to the explosion of pediatric diagnoses—and what families can do to take back control. From gut health to toxic exposures, vaccine timing to generational patterns, this episode dismantles the myth that chronic illness is permanent and introduces a new, evidence-backed paradigm: personalized, bio-individual healing is possible—and it’s happening. Documenting Hope is doing exactly what their name says—documenting these incredible, triumphant stories to provide proof and HOPE. Whether you’re a parent, practitioner, or advocate for health freedom, this episode will challenge what you’ve been told and offer real hope backed by science.
