Season 2, 50th Episode, OCR Unedited is thrilled to welcome former track athlete and One Academy member, Margaret Leibovic.
Margaret is U.S citizen who lived in New York, California and now lives in Toronto. She is currently training for her first OCR race coming up this October 22/23 at Spartan Canada Race Blue Mountain, with the help of Jesse Bruce & Michael Ma.
In this episode, Margaret talks to us about how she got started in athletics, training for her first OCR race, fueling and nutrition, becoming a member at One Academy and how it has helped her prepare for her upcoming OCR race and so much more!
