These days are hard. For all of us - regardless of who you are; regardless of your political affiliation; regardless of your economic status; regardless of your age, etc. So what is your frame of mind as you look at the world around you? Do you simply shut down and accept the negativity, or are you interested in trying to be a source of light and kindness? If the latter, how do you go about doing that when it feels as if everyone else around you chooses the former?
