🎧 Welcome to Episode 61 of the On The Line Podcast! 🎧
Rev. Rolf Preus graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary (CTS), Fort Wayne, IN, with a Master of Divinity in 1979 and a Master of Sacred Theology in 1987. Ordained on July 1, 1979, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Clear Lake, Minnesota, he served Lutheran congregations across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Montana before retiring on August 9, 2020. A dedicated theologian and educator, Rev. Preus has taught theology at Concordia Theological Seminary, Concordia University Wisconsin, and St. Sophia Lutheran Theological Seminary in Ukraine. He is a prolific author and presenter, known for his essays and the Christ for Us broadcast and website, now managed by his son, Rev. James Preus. Married to Dorothy since 1975, he is the proud father of 12 children and grandfather to over 65 grandchildren. In retirement, Rev. Preus continues to preach, present, and write, sharing his theological insights and sermons.
