Eli Beer is a pioneer, social entrepreneur, President and Founder of United Hatzalah of Israel. In thirty years, the organization has grown to more than 6,500 volunteers who unite together to provide immediate, life-saving care to anyone in need - regardless of race or religion. This community EMS force network treats over 730,000 incidents per year, in Israel, as they wait for ambulances and medical attention. Eli’s vision is to bring this life-saving model across the world. In 2015, Beer expanded internationally with the establishment of branches in South America and other countries, including “United Rescue” in Jersey City, USA, where the response time was reduced to just two minutes and thirty-five seconds. Bonny Yeung is the third generation of the Yang Sing family – an iconic Manchester restaurant serving people for over 40 years. She is the Marketing Director and has completely re-vamped the restaurant wine list to include great wines to match with the competing flavours of their fabulous Cantonese food. During the lockdown period, they continue to deliver food and wine across Greater Manchester via a WhatsApp service. Garry Lui is the Manager of Reserve Wines in Didsbury. The business has grown from one shop, founded by Kate Goodman in 2003 to five sites around the North West. Reserve has been operating a busy home delivery service online with limited opening times at the shop and outdoor at Altrincham Market.
