This is the simplest way I've found to reflect on the past year, in a way that sets you up to create your 2025 goals and action plan.
In today's episode, I'm giving you my template for completing your 2024 reflection.
You'll look at the good things, the bad things, and just so-so things that were in your life and work last year, because one thing we know for sure: If we don't reflect and act on our 2024, 2025 will pretty much look the same.
