After a week off due to some personal matters, Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson return to discuss everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more. Apologies for the longer pod—there’s a lot to catch up on after missing a show. Here's your trip around the bases:

At the Plate (0:00-37:03): Tom and Gray go over the good, meh, and bad from the midweek at North Alabama and a home series against Georgia. Then, the guys talk about pitching by committee, the new lineup, and what’s coming this week, including a road trip to Baton Rouge.

Advancing to First (37:12-1:01:55): Tom and Gray go over the SEC series results, including Tennessee’s statement at Oklahoma, South Carolina’s stunner at LSU, Texas bouncing back at Mississippi State, a couple sweeps, and more. Then, Tom presents his “Stock Up, Stock Down” in the SEC.

Stealing Second (1:02:06-1:31:24): Softball America’s Tara Henry joins the show to cover what happened in the LSU-South Carolina series, the upcoming matchup for the Tigers against Alabama, what the results in Norman mean for Tennessee and Oklahoma, Lonni Alameda’s announcement, the ACC race, some sneaky teams, and more.

Rounding Third (1:31:33-1:55:19): Bracketology is here! Gray presents his first listing of the Top 16 seeds based on the team sheets and evidence collected so far. Then, the guys look at big games this week.

Heading Home (1:55:29-2:45:12): To close the show, SEC Picks return! Tom and Gray make selections around the league with one bonus. Then, the guys dive into an “Off the Wall” that addresses a few commenters who keep flooding the zone and can’t stop being miserable, a coaching suggestion at Alabama, and the yearly tradition of people complaining about teal jerseys. Finally, Gray reveals why he won’t be at the Alabama-LSU game on Saturday and why the podcast was off last week.
