In this episode, I share the idea that judgment acts as a mirror, reflecting our internal beliefs and feelings. We all have our own internal representation of the world, and each person perceives the world through a unique lens shaped by experiences, values, and emotions. This leads to the realization that trying to change someone else's perspective can be a waste of energy, as they are likely operating from their own internal map of the world. The judgments we fear from others often stem from our self-judgment. Judgment can trigger unresolved beliefs within us, and I emphasize the importance of self-compassion and forgiveness in overcoming these feelings. Reframing our triggers and approaching others with curiosity instead of criticism can foster empathy and understanding.
