In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts on the difference between reacting and responding and how this is connected to a lack or abundance mindset. As we navigate through life’s challenges, especially when we feel overwhelmed, it’s easy to slip into a reactive mode. Our reactions, which often stem from a place of lack and frustration, continues to reinforce the reality we are living in, and how, by reacting, we may inadvertently be fighting for our limitations. Whatever limitations we fight for, we get to keep.
