In this episode, I am sharing my take on the concept of "Let Them," inspired by Mel Robbins' teachings. I share my own journey and the lessons I've learned about control, choice, and the importance of allowing others to navigate their paths.

I begin by reflecting on my experience attending a Mel Robbins event, where her powerful message resonated with me, despite my initial discomfort. I discuss how the idea of "Let Them" felt foreign to me as a parent who has faced the challenges of teen substance abuse. For me, the concept was not just about relinquishing control over trivial matters like prom; it was a matter of survival. I had to learn to let my children make their own choices, even when those choices were difficult for me to understand.
