Vanuatu's parliament is reconvening tomorrow after it failed to get quorum at a special sitting last week. The session aims to pass several constitutional amendments, including provisions to recognise only two genders at birth, and a new clause granting a 12 month period for a Prime Minister before a vote of no confidence can be brought against him/her.
