If you’ve ever driven past the house that used to be on the corner of 8th Avenue and Harding in the Kaimuki neighborhood of Honolulu, you would look at it and think, that’s a haunted house. It was old and dilapi..dilapa..um..buss up, with paint peeling like an old wound that never heal correctly, the yard was all hammajang with a tangle of uncut grass and overgrown bushes, no one was ever seen inside or outside the house. So it must be vacant, right? But then why was there a single lightbulb in an upstairs window which was left on 24/7, like an eye that watched you as you walked or drove past the house. And sometimes, on a dark moonless night, if you looked long enough, you would swear you saw a shadow move just beyond the light. Well Episode 1 recounts my experience with this house and the Demon of 8th Avenue.
