Nicole Jackson is the Associate Medical Examiner and Physician at King County Medical Examiner’s Office. She also has a clinical professor appointment at the University of Washington in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology. Outside of her day-to-day work, she has a lot of career interests in mentoring, community building, and really pushing pathologists forward as a field to increase diversity and exposure to the community around us as well as on social media.
Brett Kerpiel is currently a third-year resident at the University of Virginia in anatomic and clinical pathology. Next year he'll be serving as chief resident. When he graduates next summer, he will be pursuing a pediatric pathology fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
