For Freedom: “Let us do good”
When we live in step with the Spirit, everyone wins. [Galatians 5:25-26; Mark 4:1-9]
- The weeds of life try to choke out the life of God.
- If everything is about “me”, then “we” lose.
We each have a vital role to play for the Church to be healthy. [Galatians 6:1-5; Matthew 18:15-20; Matthew 5:23-24]
- God will always do His part; will we do our part?
Let us do good to everyone not to “be good”, but because He is good [Galatians 6:6-10]
“The laws of the harvest” by Charles Swindoll:
- We sow and reap in like kind.
- We reap in a different season than the one we sow in.
- We reap more than we sow.
- We must let go of past harvests and focus on sowing for the future today.
