Jeff Dolan is the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Phoenix Suns NBA Franchise. Once again, he happens to be one of my good friends that I met in Grad School!

Jeff is one of the most well-read coaches out there and has a deep understanding of many topics in the strength and conditioning field. In this podcast, he took us on a deep dive into the rehabilitation process he has used on himself and his athletes. More specifically, he talks about ways you can increase tendon strength to heal and prevent injury as well as increase athletic performance!
