Dr. Teddy Willsey is a physical therapist, strength coach, and online influencer. His hybrid skillset and healthy skepticism of single-track mindsets put him in a unique position to bridge the gap between training and rehab. Teddy has extensive experience working with athletes from high school to professional levels and uses both behavioral and movement interventions to help his athletes get better.
