As founder of Lapin International, David Lapin advises executives worldwide on how to align business strategy with character and corporate culture with purpose. He is the author of Lead by Greatness and a practicing Rabbi. Raised in apartheid-era South Africa, David helped draft one of the world’s first formal corporate ethics codes. He now lives in Israel and travels frequently to the U.S. for client engagements.
